The Story
My husband and I were new parents. Night after night we would pour our celebratory glass of wine for making it through the day, and we would cheers ‘to surviving’.
One night, my husband decided to flip the script and instead we toasted ‘to thriving’.
While most days do even now still feel like survival mode, the shift in perspective is significant. Whether thriving or just barely surviving, I hope to share our stories, lessons and experiences on family and parenthood.

A New England transplant still ‘visiting’ Florida, I have since accumulated a husband, a 2 year old, a home perpetually under construction and a cat that is not ours named ‘Minnie’.
We spend our time perpetually wrestling our toddler while learning this thing called parenthood.
